GENERAL TERMS

Cancellation policy: free within 72 hours before date of arrival, only for reservations made online with credit card guarantee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your arrival date are subject to a 1 night room penalty. The hotel reserves the right to verify your credit card details through the inter-bank circuit. The hotel reserves as well the right to pre-authorize the credit card for the whole amount guaranteed. Refusal to allow the procedure, will allow the hotel to cancel your reservation.
Payment shall be made directly at the hotel, and it is possible to use a different credit card too.
All hotel reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or in alternative an advance payment shall be made by bank transfer or postal money order. Advance payments cannot be refunded.
Extra beds: 3rd bed +35% on the price of a double room.
Children up to 3 years: free, if sleeping in the same bed as the parents.
Crib: € 20.00 per night.
Breakfast is included in the room price.
Not included in room price: Euro 2,00 city tax per person per night. Children under 10 are exempt.
